Coaching
Andrea Springer, Executive Coach/Consultant works with people interested in growing in the personal and professional lives through through the coaching process.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a process that helps individuals in transition achieve self-identified goals. A client works with a professional coach to identify the area(s) they want to change, clarify their goals, and outline the action steps needed to accomplish those goals.
Coaching isn’t psychotherapy and should not be used as a substitute for counseling, legal, financial or medical services.
What benefits does coaching offer?
A personal or executive coach helps the client take action by providing accountability and by encouraging clients to think in new ways – all in a supportive professional relationship.
Clients and coaches can work together on a variety of areas:
- Business planning and goal setting
- Improving work performance
- Prioritizing projects
- Improving business performance
- Negotiating job transitions
- Transforming difficult situations
- Balancing work and personal life
- Accomplishing things on your “bucket list”
- Evaluating and making key decisions
How long does it last?
Every client has different coaching needs. Typically, a coaching relationship last three to six months and sessions are held either in person, by phone, or by video conference. Each session lasts one hour.
